HEALPRECISELY™
HealPrecisely™ is not only poised to become a leader in advanced wound care, they are on the precipice of a repeatable business model that can quickly scale operations to franchised healthcare providers throughout the U.S. and bring hope and healing to more patients. The marketing strategy plays a key role in spurring this momentum.
SERVICES WE PROVIDED
Full-service integrated marketing services from branding development, marketing strategy development, Hubspot CRM implementation, website development, landing page CRO, search & social advertising, Geo-fence and programmatic advertising, content creation, social media strategy and management, email marketing & more.
The Challenge
To boldly go where no wound care clinic had gone before
HealPrecisely™ isn’t just an industry innovator, they are a formidable disruptive force in a healthcare segment that has seen relatively few advancements in the past century. Because they were bringing new diagnostics and treatment methods as they emerged to the patient faster and achieving record-breaking results, they were in essence building a ship that had already launched in real time. The marketing needed to reflect a stability, innovation, empathy, and forward-thinking not typically seen or expected in their healthcare space.
Approach & Execution
We used every digital weapon in our arsenal to energize the brand at lightning speed
From geotargeting free-standing and vascular wound care clinics for brand awareness to Google search campaigns for people searching for alternatives to amputation, we leveraged scientific insights and marketing savviness to bring customized messaging to healthcare professionals, caregivers, and the patients. We optimized the website home page and landing pages to maximize campaign effectiveness. A reassuring and educational mix of messaging in social media helped them stand out from the same-old, same-old wound care delivery of service. We nurtured their target databases with campaigns that were thought-provoking and lead focused.
We strengthened their visual identity
To preserve the integrity of the HealPrecisely™ brand, we were able to adapt the brand palette to a Mobile Clinics logo that implied movement but still had the transformational identity of the main logo.
Outreach tools helped cement their standing as the rapidly emerging new leader in wound care
We prepared them for better trade show visibility with a HealPrecisely™ facts sheet to connect with media at the conferences and help draw journalistic and academic attention to their successes.
We translated their visual identity to new locations as they came online
To ensure the brand would be protected and preserved as the company grows, we followed strict brand guidelines in rolling out new locations in new markets, like this HealPrecisely™clinic which recently opened in St. Louis, Missouri.
Even LinkedIn profiles got a facelift and a boost in engagement
We crafted both messaging and graphics for the LinkedIn main corporate page, and then enhanced the corporate page design for the individual pages of those staff members sitting in the C-Suite.
Since HealPrecisely™ was rewriting the book on wound care, we wrote one about their achievements
This 32-page, glossy, magazine-style newsletter featured everything from the company mission to academic case studies and was used as a hand out to conference attendees, new patients, and new healthcare partners. This newsletter did triple-duty as a direct mailer to their contacts and as a digital flipbook to share with their Hubspot databases, on their website, and on social media.
We simplified the intricate and vital staff recruitment process by automating it and taking it online
Staffing shortages, especially in nursing, is a common concern for any healthcare operation. We helped simplify the process by creating a careers portal on their website. Now instead of accepting applications via email and in person, they could drive interested practitioners to the web page for a more seamless submission of CVs.
Free online at-your-pace training generated recruitment interest among nurses
From proper bandaging techniques to patient pain management, these simple training modules served two very important functions. One was to improve the delivery of care beyond their clinic walls and the other was to help identify promising candidates who would want to be a part of this innovative organization.
